Ooooh that smell
Lynyrd Skynyrd...That Smell

This song has been in my head ALL DAY! Shout Yeah, yeah, smell and taste are the first senses to return when you quit smoking. I have been bombarded by smells all day. Same places I normally go, same things I normally do, same, same, same. Shok The smells I am noticing (the good Good, the bad Bad and the ugly Hang3) are driving me nuts. Maybe it is just a "sensitive" Blush day or something? I am noticing good where I thought was bad, bad where I thought was good and I have run into some ugly smells where I least expected it. I need a "Calgon, take me away" moment I think. Some of you younger members might need to look up that reference. Lol

Makes sense.

Smoking pretty well destroys the sense of smell and smell is a big part of the sense of taste. I think that's why smoker's become less interested in food. Of course, when you stop smoking food begins to taste and smell better. How's your appetite?

@tuftony *chomp chomp* I would like to resp *chomp chomp* ond to your post but *chomp chomp* I am too busy munch *chomp chomp* ing on anything I can *chomp chomp* find. No, just kidding. Yes, my taste is improving as well, but my appetite has remained normal. I think that has more to do with the nicotine and I still vape with .6% nicotine.

Sounds like nicotine is the major appetite suppressant in your case.

Guess we're gonna have to wait a while for a roly-poly Jeff...

RE: Ooooh that smell
That's the main thing I noticed Jeff.. you begin to smell things you didn't know you couldn't smell when you smoked.

First thing I said when I went to visit a friend was (it just kinda slipped out) "Your Dog STINKS!!!"  I probably should have been a bit more diplomatic Tongue
