Good morning ian, what wattage are you vaping and what setting do you have for the airflow? The TFV8 likes high wattage....lower requires you to reduce airflow. At anything below 80W you should only be at 25-40% airflow...anything more and she will leak...

I'm running it at 140 w with airflow fully open and sometimes it leaks quite a lot and am using cloud chasing juice 80/20

That's a head scratcher for sure....I haven't experienced that at all....when did you last chance the coil? Mine will only leak when it's trying to tell me it needs to be changed...sort of like a baby with a diaper. Smile

Your top fill seal may be damaged or worn Ian, strip it down and give everything a good eyeball. Many of the seals are supplied with the tank so you should have spares.

Don't forget to apply for the freecycle section!

Week and a half? Unless you're vaping less than a tankful a day (5-6 mls), the coil is toast buddy!

At that high wattage I'd be lucky to get 3 days out of a coil!

Are you using the RTA deck or disposable coils?

At 140 watts that coil on 80/20 juice will not last too long - it is pretty normal.
