Now that they are regulated wait for the tax feeders to show up. I wonder how they will play that revenue scam on us?

Quote: Wrote:Money generated by Gov. Chris Christie's proposed tax on electronic cigarettes should be used to expand drug treatment services and combat the "public health crisis" of heroin and prescription drug addiction in New Jersey, the chairman of the state Senate health committee said today.

Christie's proposed budget anticipates $35 million in new revenue by applying the $2.70 per pack regular state tax on cigarettes to electronic cigarettes, which deliver nicotine in the form of water vapor.

This bloated tax muncher already has his knife out waiting to take a slice.

If the natural tendencies of mankind are so bad that it is not safe to permit people to be free, how is it that the tendencies of these organizers are always good? Do not the legislators and their appointed agents also belong to the human race? Or do they believe that they themselves are made of a finer clay than the rest of mankind?

It never does and even if it did it's ignorant. Cigs are killing more people than anything else around so why the hell would you put a sin tax on something that helps people get off of a stone cold killer? For fucks sakes cigs kill more people than heroin. Sure you can function better on cigs but they will kill you just the same. What it really shows is that they don't really give a shit at all about people's health. These sin taxes aren't meant to do anything but feed the government pigs. I had a list one time of all the taxes in the US it was hundreds of pages long. I'm not kidding and it wasn't even complete because it didn't have every license and permit, those kinds of revenue scams are all taxes too. These asshats only know how to do one thing, Spend money. Most of that money of course ends up in either their pockets or the pockets of their cronies.

If the natural tendencies of mankind are so bad that it is not safe to permit people to be free, how is it that the tendencies of these organizers are always good? Do not the legislators and their appointed agents also belong to the human race? Or do they believe that they themselves are made of a finer clay than the rest of mankind?

Ever since I started vaping, the majority of the vape scene has been WAY against minors using them. I would say probably 90% of the purchases are online also. Purchasing online means you will be using a credit card or PayPal. You are supposed to be 18 to have either. If minors are going online and buying ecigs, the parents are not doing their job. If brick n mortar stores are selling them to minors, they should be shut down.

There are some exceptions that should be made in my mind. I wont get into that, but will say minors can get patches and gums...
