Wink review in progress iclear 16 dual coil atomiser
So I've just received the iclear 16 dual coil atomiser from ukecigstore (delivery time two days from order)

[insert link when ukecigstore server works.....]

This is a 1.6ml dual coil atomiser, the one I received reads 2.0ohm on my vamo v3, so far I'm half a tank in (filled at half eight, it ten o'clock now) I'm using a new fluid I also picked up today, strawberry milkshake from vampire vaping (opportunity purchase).

[insert image here]

Initial impressions are that I like it, its about 5mm longer than a generic ce4 tank

[insert comparison picture here]

but has the same (insert thread size here) connection as a ce4, its much quieter in operation than my other clearomiser's, gives a much clearer taste without being harsh, I have found that I've pushed the wattage up to 10.5w after testing incrementally up to 15w, its just not necessary in my opinion, 10.5w is still a long way above my more usual 5 - 7 watt usage on my generic ce4 tanks (resistance from 2.4 - 3.0 ohm) which means that combined with the increased moorish flavour hit, evwn my 3400 keeppower cells are going to take some abuse.

Another bummer is this definitely wont fit in an 18650 case so I'm going to have to find another convenient carrying solution to bring along my usual two mods and four tanks in total to give me the choice of flavours I've become accustomed too.

The atomiser heads are also unfortunately not compatible with my other units no no chance of a simple upgrade, a pity but not entirely unexpected.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this clearomiser to both a noob like me or someone looking for a reasonably compact ce4 style set up with the increased user pleasure of dual coils, running costs seem low with both a relatively cheap initial purchase cost and five replacement heads costing ten pounds.

I shall update this thread once I've put some use to it, but for now it gets a gords tentative approval rating.

Thanks for the review and info Graham. Very interesting points there. I actually have a couple of these very units on their way from FT (If they ever arrive!)

Looking forward to your continued thoughts on them after some thorough usage.

Cheers buddy

first item.i was wrong about sizing, I was comparing it to tge a8 clearomiser without realising, that is SHORTER than the fasttech ce4's, its still working fine and the strawberry milkshake is still awesome, I've got through half a bottle in two days lol

Yeah found them online they're one of the Vendors that offer Free UK Delivery http://www.vampirevape.co.uk/

I was overdosing on Nicotine on 24mg and I found that I can only handle 8mg juice (I'm a nicotine lightweight Tongue), surprising when I think about all those years I smoked rollups Smile

What's the brand name of that Mint Choc Chip ? sounds nice... I was kinda put off from trying anything Chocolate related after that horrible Liqua Choc experience.

I'll have to look at the bottle, its 6mg nic but tastes like real dairy mint choc chip ice cream, the cigtronica or dekang (cant remember which brand) was real nice too, I'm also loving the cigtronica toffee flavour I got, but my favourite is the strawberry milkshake, I'll definitely be getting more of that when I've done buying tanks to try, not ordered a dripper yet but I'm probably going to try one from stealth vapes along with making my own wicks and coils.

RE: review in progress iclear 16 dual coil atomiser
just an update.

since getting my more fancy tanks this has been pretty neglected, along with my other ce4's, the flavour hit just cant compare to a decent bottom fed rebuildable atomiser.

I'll come back to this one, but my ultimate advice would be to get a rebuildable atomiser with sime coil and good wick and have a play, its well worth the effort in the long run

I think finding good atomizer is harder than find decent e-cig batteries. Imo, for standard one, mini vivi nova is beter than ce4.
For smaller one, 510-x (1.0 ml) is good, but too fragile Sad

two good tanks there, just I've no interest in running unknown cells and questionable chargers.

I decided go big or go home lol.

the tank on the left, the davide glassomiser would happily match up to a 510 threaded e cig set up as it runs at 2.3 ohm.

I've not touched my ce4's since I got them.
