need help with Smok morph firmware
Smok sent me a link for the download and the upgrade tool. The only software in the download I found was the aprom. I have the aprom loaded into the tool and the device shows connected. I select the checkmark for aprom and hit start then it pops up no device connected. If I close that popup the device disconnects...HELP the mod is giving me problems!!! Note actually not "upgrading" just overwriting.

RE: need help with Smok morph firmware
Is the device powered off? I know a lot of firmware updates require the device to be turned off first.

RE: need help with Smok morph firmware
I figured that was the case. Just trying for the most obvious, that I have done myself a few times Smile It's been awhile since I've did a firmware update and even longer since I've done a smok firmware update. I know they can be pain in the butt. Hopefully someone else will come along with a better suggestion.

Keep Calm and Vape On!

RE: need help with Smok morph firmware
They could have sent you a corrupt version or it corrupted in transit as it were. Are there any open source or public available downloads? Might be an idea trying one of those at this point.
