On a more serious note, I rang up greyhaze today (I love being able to ring a supplier) they sorted it out, I could have sent the iatty back in exchange for a terminator c but was honest and told them id used it and a refund for the difference between the two and the missing 18350 would be fine.

Very happy with the resolution
