junky charger
Trying to figure out how long my battery should last if my charger's output is. 3.7/450mA, end charge volt. 4.2+1%
And my battery is an 18650samsung 25r

The battery is 2500mAh though it'll probably be too low voltage to be much use for vaping by the time 1800-2000mAh are gone from the cell. So to charge it, worst case from a totally flat cell is that the cell needs 2500mAh. the charger is giving up to 450mA and for most of the charge will be giving 450mA. So the bulk charging part will take 2500mAh/450mA = 5.55 hours.

However, it will usually take longer than that as lithium cell charging is a two stage process. The cell is charged at a constant current till the voltage reached 4.2V. Then the charger switches to providing constant voltage until the current drops to 10% of the original value. This can be slow but depends on the charger.

Since it would be unusual to fully drain a cell as the vape quality would be terrible by then, this will kinda cancel out the second phase of charging so I'd expect 4-5 hours to fully charge a cell in normal use.
