evic vtc mini?
I'm looking to upgrade from my eleaf 30w clone and was looking at getting the evic mini, I've never had a mod that requires an 18650 battery so what should I go with, the online store I want to order from has aspire 1800mah high drain batteries I was looking at, but would the flat tops work? And any thoughts on the xtar mci charger? Biggrin

The Aspire battery will be fine but is not a really high capacity cell. I would get either a samsung 25R or the new LH HG2. The LG is a high capacity cell and will give you longer run between charges. performance will be fine with any of the cells. I would avoid any of the re wrapped cells like MXJO, Imren, IMR etc.

I also saw a Panasonic NCR 3500 mah battery, but the 20A discharge would be OK running .2 ohm?

RE: evic vtc mini?
I just got that mod packaged with the eGo One tank for my GF.  Got her a Samsung 25R and it works like a champ.  A separate charger and a second cell is optimal, but the onboard charging means it's not necessary per se.  Enjoy!

I think those cells are only rated to a 4A discharge. Maybe 6 but no more.

Get Samsung 25R, Sony VTC or LG you can never go wrong with them, most other batteries are rewraps anyway.

Go for the eVic-VT Mini, I just got my recently and I love it! Great device. I'm using the Sony VTC4 and the Samsung 25R batteries with it. Works great!
