RE: charging
It will have a charge bypass so it's possible, but it'll be acting to open and close the circuit every time you hit the button. The batteries need cc/cv to charge propperly rather than a stop start rate so they could take some damage doing so.

Don't forget to apply for the freecycle section!

RE: charging
The manufacturers of the upgradable mods tell you you can charge through these ports but advise you not to, I do not charge my upgradable mods this way but I do all the others I have. Also if they are dual or triple battery mods they should never be charged in the mod as imbalance in the batteries could occur these should always be charged together in a charger. I cannot stress enough how important this is and has been stressed here on the forum countless times.
After reading my post I have to add that I personally would never use my mods while being charged - you will half the lifespan of the batteries.
