RE: Which RTA should I get? updated Sept 29/16
Played with the Steam Crave Aromamizer swirly thing RDA at my local shop last night.  I don't remember WTF it's called, but it's the one that swirls the vapor up through a glass section as you inhale but it's a dripper.

And the verdict is - it's stupid.

Overpriced and pointless, with limited airflow and a gimmick that supposedly increases flavor but I really just look cool.

It's complicated to disassemble, the airflow ring is a screw-type that doesn't have any resistance to keep it from changing with any contact with anything and frankly has very limited adjustment range anyway and it hardly matters because wide open there isn't enough so fuck it.

Sorry Steam Crave - that one should've been aborted in the design phase.  Looks awesome though...

I've been super impressed with everything I've seen by them until now, and I still love my original Aromamizer.

I'd love to say that the Boreas is equal to or better than the Supreme, and that the Iron Maiden is an incredible RDTA, but I don't have either yet. Yes, I'm whining again.

RE: Which RTA should I get? updated Sept 29/16
Alright, I'm a day and about 5 tanks into the Boreas. Enough to make a firm conclusion? No, but enough for a quick review. Mentioned a lot of this elsewhere, but this thread is the clearinghouse, after all, so why not.

Design- It is sleek and unadorned, which I like. You could almost say minimalistic. Four uniform holes on each side for airflow. No writing or designs on it. Simple but elegant to me. This makes is harder to get a grip to remove the cap and bottom, but that doesn't bother me. Fair trade for the simple but elegant look.

Operation- It is said this is a finicky tank as far as leaking goes. I followed Paul's burping technique and have not had any issues yet. Seems stable. The chimney is a bit wider than the Supreme, so the drip tip does not pool condensation and cause a dragging feeling on the draw, which is a real Swiss flag. Easily my biggest gripe about the Supreme. *Added... The wife forgot the burping technique and lost juice, so that method of Paul's is indeed a golden ticket to complete dryness. The Supreme was always dewey around the airflow. Not enough to be a real drip, just enough to be moist and sticky all the time. My second and last gripe about the Supreme.

User-friendliness- The juice flow and air flow are married; the more you restrict airflow, the more you restrict juice flow, etc. I'm not really fond of this because maybe I want a tighter draw with a thick juice, who knows, I may have flow issues. But it's far from a real problem.

Overall impression- While the Aromamizer Supreme is a complete monster as far as flavor goes, the design has more script and metalwork, so it isn't a sleek little soldier like this one is. If you like ridges, letters, logos, and crosshatching, get the Supreme. It does not produce big vapor though, but the flavor is top notch.

If you want flavor only over vapor, pass on this one. But if you want a good looking, versatile, vapor beast with big capacity, good flavor, and an easy deck to build on, this is a great tank. Thanks to paulS for his review and insights, without which I wouldn't have jumped for it.

RE: Which RTA should I get? updated Oct 9/16
Don't hate me. Updated with yet another tank. I'm starting to think there are two companies making great RTAs that have a lot of different ones and very decent choices - Augvape and Vapercloudz. You can almost assume the tank will good. Today's review - the VCMT.

Having said that I'm not knocking the other good RTAs and companies. They are not as prolific on the whole or not as consistent on the whole.
