With my coils I found the vapour a bit too hot and the drip tip isn't as wide on the neck as the full size, it had a bit of liquid collecting there. Freecycle awaits that badboy.. can't say I noticed any improved flavour, but I didn't use it much.

RE: What have you got on order ?
Chuck the Velocity Mini is awesome. Also the Phenotype-L is great too. The main difference between the two is that the Velocity has 4 slightly smaller post holes (probably about 1.5mm each), while the Phenotype-L has only two larger ones (around 2-3mm at a guess). I've found the Velocity is better for thick builds, like fused Claptons, since it's easier to work with the 4 holes because none of the wires have to touch each other. The Phenotype-L is better for really big single coils since those post holes are huge, but it's harder to work dual Claptons in there since the wrapped wires snag on each other making it difficult to pull through. The Phenotype-L is also better for simpler builds involving parallel wires, since the Velocity screws are on the sides which can force parallel wires to twist a bit. Also, the Phenotype-L has insane airflow, more than I've ever seen in any other RDA. So if you want to go really high watts, the Phenotype-L will give you a really airy draw if you want that. I love a ton of airflow, I like to feel like I'm just breathing rather than having to suck on it, and I still don't use my Phenotype-L with it fully open. The Velocity, on the other hand, still has good airflow but maybe about half as much, so if you're going high power you'll be pulling on it a little harder. The Velocity feels like using a sub-ohm tank with good airflow like the Arctic or similar, while the Phenotype-L is more airflow than you'd ever need for anything, period. Of course they can both be shut down to fully closed for MTL and everywhere in between.

But really, unless you're getting crazy with it, either one will work. Even if you are getting crazy, you can make them work. I have dual fused Claptons in my Phenotype-L right now, 26ga core wrapped in twisted 34ga, and in my Velocity Mini I've got 24/30 dual Claptons.

RE: What have you got on order ?
Just realised Don hasn't ordered one but is recommending one to chuck.. fully not paying attention. Confused

For the mech it's great! A combo I used myself. I just couldn't use it on regulated. I'd offer you mine chuck, but it'll get there just whenever

You should send it, and he should also order one from FT. Then we'll see who's arrives first.
