I know a few years ago I had purchased a GOON on eBay. Turned out to be a clone - long story short, I was credited for it and seller told me to keep it or toss it - quality wise the RDA was built as well as the original except the grub screws appear to have been made of tin - stripped on the first installation.... but RDA was solid....guy I gifted it to replaced the screws with OEM ones and hasn't had a problem with the RDA....

This one is been sold as a 1.1 clone and was less than half the price so thought it's worth a try, If it's only the grub screws that's wrong with them as you say there easy replaced Smile

RE: What have you got on order ?
Now a couple of weeks ago i ordered some fishing rod tubes which never turned up now the courier used (DX) said they have been signed for about a week ago but it was a different name to mine they deff were not delivered to my address nor was a card posted through the door saying if it had been left anywhere else, the seller seems to of taken the word of the courier so i put a claim in with eBay still waiting on a response there, Has anyone had this with a courier before? I am suspecting the driver kept the parcel but is saying it was delivered to the house, I checked their tracking and it says it's been delivered and signed for but no sig is showing on their site, Would you bring the police into it? As I think it's fraud but I think it's the seller that should be sorting this out! Dash2

If you paid with PayPal, that's the place to start.

Yeah I did and have put a claim in with eBay which amounts to the same thing they have till around the 29th to sort it before the claim can be escalated, The thing that bugs me is someone has signed for the parcel but it's no one i know! I would like to see that person done for theft

The grub screw quality issue is the most common complaint regarding clones although I myself have never had a problem. It is really a cost thing and only really cheap clones have this problem - I would never buy a cheap clone for that reason.

It was probably delivered to a neighbour or same door number, different street - and when they realized they just had to sign, (no cost) they scribbled something on sign line and that was that (free item)..... eBay is really good with dispute resolution, I too would start there. Push for the signature image although as noted above, nothing likely legible....
