Hyper Tough brand , les than 20 usd.
Hi Chuck - the magnet is a great idea - I use one of these daft fridge magnets now - never lost a screw since I started using it.

You bet. Chinesium screws plus Chinesium tools equals much annoyance. Once I swapped out the junk allen that comes with the typical atty for a Craftsman I already had on hand, I have not lost a single grub. Already have a good set of little screwdrivers too which is good, since the Fatality has teeny slotteds instead of grubs. Very irritating to see them round and strip!!

Doge has the slotted too, nice beefy head , the copper screws have horrible thread far to fine for soft metals but the ss hold nice

The NarDa has slotted screw heads too - nearly big enough for a standard driver[Image: smile.gif].

RE: What have you got on order ?
Ordered an angle grinder holder to use as a chopsaw. Cheaper than buying something better, that I couldn't justify buying anyway. This should mean less wasted metal and less cleaning up after cutting.

And I found a metal dealer locally which should make getting lumps of metal cheaper.

I'll stick with mild steel as stainless while nicer is a lot more expensive and a lot tougher on tooling. Which may be consumable but isn't cheap.

I'm thinking about getting some chunks of 50x10 steel which will make rather nice atty building stands when sliced into 50x50 chunks (50mm is 32/1000 of an inch less than 2"). That should weigh about half a pound which should make a nice stable stand.

I'll need to get some felt to stick to the underside so it doesn't do evil things to furniture. Or get some wood to mount them in.
