Let use know how you like the Orchid clone. I've had my eye on one for a while now, and I just found out today that my local shop is carrying them at a decent price so I'm thinking I might get one. If I do, does anyone want to buy my Kayfun? lol

There seem to be at least 4 different Orchid varieties on the go. Can't remember which variant this was. The Orchid 4 I have heard is supposed to be better than the Fogger 4.4

Yeah there was a customer at the shop asking about the Fogger vs. the Kayfun and the worker guy told him to get an Orchid instead, because it's dual coil so it's better than the Kayfun and he said it was easier to build on than the fogger.

Most things are easier to build than a Fogger. The big Fogger is worse!

The Fogger V5 should be an enormous improvement - it will have post holes.

Just decided I wanted an Orchid V4 as well - which will eventually get here from focalecig.

Is the Fogger as much of a pain to build as the Veritas? That thing is not fun to build imho. Of course, it could be because I use a horizontal single parallel coil instead of dual verticals like it was made for... But the flavor is so much better than way!

If you have a swear jar get it ready... but look on the bright side, you'll be able to buy yourself plenty of new hardware after Tongue (and some juice, and a couple of authentics and....)

I will never to this day understand how Don manage to build the V4 with 22G wire... it's beyond my capabilities and patience levels

Get a V5 would be my advice.. Big Grin

I'll dig out the pics later - Flickr is unusable on my current connection. It isn't difficult, just tedious and very, very annoying to do.

Yasmin, that is a battery voltage and atomizer ohm tester. It's not really a charger.

RE: What have you got on order ?
Speaking of atties that are annoying and hard to build, I stuck a dual parallel build into my TOBH yesterday. That wouldn't be as much of a problem, except I couldn't find my 28ga wire and so I used 24ga. The TOBH has post holes, yes, but they're small compared to my Mutation X or Big Dripper, and it was nearly impossible getting the two wires through the negative posts since they're smaller than the positive. Then fitting 4 into the positive... UGH.

But that's not the atty's fault, it's just because I was using big wire in parallel. I can't imagine trying to use 22ga on that thing.
