Really, it's as easy as breathing. Get your stuff together first (wrap, knife to remove old wrap, hair dryer...). Remove the old wrap by scoring it with the knife and peeling it off. Put the cell on a towel so there's no metal and it stays still and doesn't roll off the table or something. *Keep the white donut at the positive side! It can fall off and get lost if you don't pay attention.* Slide the cell into the new wrap. Hit it evenly with a hair dryer until the wraps shrinks up. I use a pot holder so the dryer doesn't scorch my hand. Done. I put a tiny dab of super glue on the little donut to hold it on so the air doesn't blow it off. Let it cool off before charging or using. It's really not hard at all, really. Really.

I know that Tin and I know that I could do that ... But somehow it's for me like the usage of MechMods ... I have some trust issues with that somehow.
But if you think what can happen with every kind of electronic then nobody of us would use it anymore ...

Your choice of course. They aren't a million dollars after all. But re-wrapping is perfectly safe as long as you respect the cells, which you clearly do.
