Clean the whole tank with alcohol. Take it apart. Let the alcohol totally evaporate. Or if you have an ultrasound stick it in. The GS air is known to come a little dirty - machine oil etc. This will make it taste bad.

RE: What have you got on order ?
After researching this, I found that I believe the biggest difference between the L1 and the L3 is that the L3 is touch screen and the L1 is not. I'd love a touch screen for some reason, but am happy to spend half the price to get a feel for the performance of the device and Laisimo brand before dropping the coin for the L3.

Is that the only difference?

Jumping in to the world of TC. Got some 316SS 26ga on the way. I wonder how it will be, especially since I've power mode vaped my whole little vaping life.

Should I do TC on the Boreas, or the Iron Maidens? Or both? Or neither?

RE: What have you got on order ?
SS isn't as good for TC as Ni or Ti. But there are safety concerns about both. I have used both. But SS works just fine in power mode so give it a go in the atty that allows the biggest coils - SS is about half the resistance of the equivalent gauge of Kanthal so you may need fairly large coils to get the resistance to sane levels.

My experience of TC is that it works best with really low resistance builds.

RE: What have you got on order ?
I've only ever been able to get SS TC to work with higher resistance coils. Around 0.4 ohms is the minimum for SS. The reasoning is because its resistance doesn't fluctuate nearly as much as Ti or Ni with temperature variations, so it needs to be higher resistance so the mod can tell it's changing. It also helps to make a custom TCR with Steam Engine. Like Don said, it's easier to just use SS in power mode.

Well, that sounds like I wasted my money.

RE: What have you got on order ?
No no no. SS is VERY good in power mode, better than kanthal or nichrome imho. So you didn't waste your money. And you can probably still get a big enough coil out of it for TC mode, probably.
