Good idea, bibs.

So, DIY juice makers, what did you mix today? Share any recipes and your thoughts on them.

RE: What did you mix today?
I made a Toffee Apple today for the squonker. 30% Toffee, 10% Caramel and 60% Apple - really good - only problem was getting the stick to stay in place[Image: smile.gif].

RE: What did you mix today?
I've never tried pie crust, I've always just used graham cracker (Digestive biscuit in Brit English)

And forgot to say, I'd love to hear how that works out. Having spent 5 hours driving, the last two with a poorly functioning leg which made changing gear rather painful. Doesn't help the concentration...

RE: What did you mix today?
400ml of Quick Custard variants for taste testing.

Using cream flavours that are considerably cheaper than the stuff I'm using just now.

RE: What did you mix today?
I've just mixed some QC with Solubarome evaporated milk flavour. I'll send you some to try out.

I mostly use their Apple Crumble (DON'T add PG unless you want to have to steep it for 6 months), Vanilla, various cream/evaporated milk flavours, their Peche Jaune (Yellow Peach) is really powerful (start at about 8-10%) but toned down with cream it might be nice. Their Brazil Coffee is quite nice when added at 5% to QC.

Avoid Forest Fruits (tear gas), Creme Anglaise (nasty), Kenyan coffee (Tastes like those Cafe Creme biscuits nobody likes), Red Fruits Crumble - it appears to be the same tear gas as the Forest Fruits. I have some I mixed up about a year ago, I might just try it to see if it still tear gas.

RE: What did you mix today?
I bought some irish creme the other day just out of curiosity, and I have no idea what to mix with it. Is it good on it's own, or do I need to mix it with something? I honestly have no idea what to do with it, anybody got any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
