Jack's distillery was a long time after the first usquebaugh was distilled in Scotland. Like a few centuries after... I'd reckon the guy who founded Mr. Daniels' distillery was likely a Scot (Who failed at spelling) Big Grin.
One not good enough to stay at home so had to head out to the English empire. (Scotland and England were separate countries until 1707)

But haven't a clue if this is the case or not.

They still are Tongue That there great wall still stands Sarcastic_hand through i'll be able to see it soon Smile I'll stick to my beer and cider mix lol

My Aromamizer plus arrived , got a .3 28g twisted clapton dual build in it . The airflow ring is a bit stiff but otherwise paint me happy . Looks quite regal atop the king mod in rda form

Why be normal when wierd is so much fun.

That'd be nice yeah.

I deburred the King but make sure it isn't cutting into wraps.

I had a Chinese 26650 vent with flames in it so I'd never trust it again. Probably a bad cell, but I'd keep the hairy eyeball pointed at the wraps. Well I got the cell out and tossed it out the back door just after it started to vent with flames. Made quite a mess. Probably a bad cell but do keep an eye on the wrappers.

Got a Millennium clone (Made by Ulton) from 2FDeal for review. In line with my usual policy it'll be given away after the review.

First impressions, it is clean and no oily taste from machining. Second impression it is strictly MTL only. It comes with quite a lot of bits and bobs

More to follow once I've got a build in it and tried it out.

Third impression, I rather like the (restrictive) drip tip it came with.

RE: What did you get today?
This turns out to be a 170 (+shipping) euro atty in its original form. This one was provided for free by 2FVape for review. So it will be given away after the review is done.

It has a lot of options for airflow and chamber size. Apparently the bigger chamber gives more throat hit. I went for the smallest chamber as this (All other things being equal) tends to give better flavour.

At 18W with the biggest + pin (1.8mm air hole which matches the maximum hole of the AFC ring) restricted DTL is just about possible. Probably not something that is actually intended but it can be done at 18W. This atty is going to sip power, the vape is too hot for my taste at 25W and that's with the maximum airflow dialled in. The main difference I can see with this clone over the hideously overpriced Italian original is that you get a U shaped bit of metal to take the base apart instead of a nice metal and plastic ring.

It has juice control, a feature I've always found to be marginal to useless, tending to useless but many others appear to disagree on this.

It holds about 4ml so at the intended power setting it should last a couple of days.

It is quite disconcerting the way the atty feels loose as a result of the juice control. I imagine the originals are better in this regard.

It has a rather small deck and I prefer slots or holes to stuff wire ends into rather than trapping the wires under a screw which is what happens here. I'd say the Pasito pod rebuildable coil (Which is very small) is actually easier to stick a coil in.

Wicking is trivial, it's a nice top filler.

More info and pics as I play.

I think you'd love this one Eddie. There is a huge amount of fine tuning you could do with this one.

Once I've got the review written I'll send it your way, if it isn't for you, you can pass it on wherever.

Got a bundle from Don today , a goon ( Currently using ) , a coral , a velocity and a behive . Those mail carriers in your area realy got their hand on the stick and their foot on the gass Don .
Like the look of the beehive deck very familiar looking , taking some time to check out the difference in decks and air flow . Thus far i like the draw on the coral , surprisingly airy .

Why be normal when wierd is so much fun.

That was pretty quick. 5-6 days for 3400 miles or thereabouts. Well done Royal Mail and US Post.

RE: What did you get today?
Today, the parcel guy just handed me a bottle of cold blue. The stuff is mildly hard to find round here, or easy to find but at a 50000% markup. The very fine steel wool and some patch cables (not for derusting) arrived yesterday.

It's for corrosion protection on the mild steel bar I make atty stands from. I think they'll look quite nice blued and very lightly oiled. The couple of metres of it in the kitchen have surface rust. Nothing that can't be wiped off with emery, but prevention beats cure every time.

So only marginally vape mail today. The postie might, but won't, have some more fun stuff when he rolls around this afternoon. But if he has any nice stuff, I didn't order it.
