Nice Chris - the batteries are near the rechargable stage.[Image: smile.gif] Don't let them get much lower.

RE: What did you get today?
I got some centre drills. Turns out the mild steel appears to have been hardened. Cheapo centre drills and an even cheaper battery drill on what turns out to be rather hard metal is not a good combination.

Time to dig out an AC powered drill and a more robust holding device. I want to make threaded holes in the thing, not engrave it.

I never let my cells go down to less than 25% and I find the life span is a lot longer. Of course vaping at low wattage helps with the life span also - they also take less time to charge[Image: smile.gif].

Yeah i find any battery that goes below 10% gets serious damage and is ready for the bin higher is always better Good I let a phone battery get to 1% once and it had to be charged 3 times a day through it soon got replaced, normally a full charge lasts a day with me lol

If a phone battery doesn't last a day it is definitely time for a new phone battery for me. Or a new phone.

One of my current phones cost all of ten quid and came from Banggood. Only works on 2G frequencies though

RE: What did you get today?
My phone battery does not last a day anymore. It is three years old and I am certain they time this lifespan accordingly. But I am not getting a new phone anytime soon, I promise that.

As long as you can replace the battery. 3 of the 4 phones I carry do not have replaceable batteries, the 4th one which the telemarketers call needs a serious weeding out. Runaway processes on Android appear to be the norm.

RE: What did you get today?
My phone has a non swappable battery. The back is glassed over like the front and doesn't come apart without special tools or damaging force. I know which option I will choose when it finally dies altogether.
