Setting up my second IPV5 ...

Ipv5 is my favorite mod i've got but did like the snow wolf which i'll prob get another this year then rx200 and sigelei 150 comes a close second to it, but the istick 30 which was my 1st one has been retired to the draw doesn't come close to the rest of them lol

Didn't get it today it came yesterday but i upgraded to the Innokin Itaste MVP 3.0 pro with the Innokin isub g tank, now dont get me wrong the kanger subtank served me well and will keep it as a spare but to me the innokin is deffo a step up in quality flavour and clouds

The iPV5 seems to lock up a lot less with the aromamizer so it is in use here again. Hopefully I'll get a few juices today for the trip.

The IPV5 is suited to RDAs. It hits like a beast down to .1 ohm. You can also use TC wire and set it how you like in TCR - I was going to trade my IPV5 for a mech but decided that I really like it and anyway ... boy do I have enough mods.

I'm so love-hate with that iPV5. I love the 4s to death and had such high hopes for the 5. Seems a bit of a rush to market to me. Didn't even use the 340 chipset; just a 200w version of the 330. I wish they'd have done a bit more. That said, it looks great and does hit like a prize fighter. But that freezing screen, grrrr.

Its strange that have you updated it to the latest software version ? I managed to get the stainless steel one and is by far my best looking mod you must have been unlucky with it freezing i think you sent one back as well didn't you ?
Well yesterday i got a couple of syringes for my juice making all i need now is the vg, pg and flavors and i'm good to go through i still have enough juice to last me at least a couple of months also got a litre of vanilla on order from Don can't get enough of it that should last me 12 months at least still got some left from last time he sent some,
Now i've also ordered the subtank plus if its anything like the subtank mini it will be a fantastic tank with the added bonus of it been a 7ml tank

I will mention one thing that pisses me off with some new mods. Take the Sigelei Spark as an example. Why the hell would you have TI and NI and no SS for TC in today's vape market. Does anyone know who the hell vapes in TI? Even nickel coils are going to9 be obsolete. SS will be king or TCR with some of the new wires and materials coming out. The IPV5 at least takes this into account. SX pure can be had with the upgrade too. Indeed it glitches Tin. Try holding the up and fire button together until the screen brightens ... you will see ADJ then go down and go up to the watts you want. I will put up with the average coating (the black will scratch), the glitch with the 75 max power (which can be fixed) and the finicky ADJ. It hits like a beast with RDAs. Once I set my watts where I want it to my RDA I'm good and unlike some mods it does not prematurely cut me off until the batteries are truly low. It does not limit me like the Cuboid or Stout to a supposedly 25 amp limit which is closer to 20. It has no lag and pulse like the Snow Wolf and RX200.

I also have the Hugo 160w TC. The screen scratched the first day. The battery paint on the inside cover is scratching off. But the mod ... it hits consistently. Screen is bright. Battery life is excellent. So I'll put up with the imperfections. I just got my wife the new Ego Aio mod. It is a wonderful little mod. It uses a SS coil. It says you can vape up to 28 watts. LOLOL. This is a .6 coil but trust me it is solely MTL. But what a nice little MTL it is. So its a sub ohm coil that only MTLs. Should I complain? My wife loves the little bugger. She loves the weight size and the beautiful LED display with a flashing purple light. Is it for me? No.

My pointb you may ask? Well a device is good when it meets your needs. I personally don't care as much about how it looks or how finicky it is. I care if it does the job I need it to do. If it is comfortable to hold and vapes my RDAs accurately and consistently - I'm in.

Once again ... that Ego Aio - you MTL guys should check it out. I wish they had a device like that when I started vaping.
