What coil??
ok I am completely lost when it comes to what coils to use and what ohm. I have an eleaf istick 50w and a kanger sub tank mini. I was using 1.2 ohm.  I went to my vape shop to get coils and he gave me 0.5 ohm. I put it in and my battery wouldn't work and said no or low atomizer. Then I took the same tank and put it on my aspire cf sub ohm and it wouldn't work there either. Please help me understand this.

RE: What coil??
Hi Shellebelle528. Welcome to TVF. it sound like a connection problem or a bad coil, try not tightening the atty until it won't go any further unscrew it half a turn and click the button to see what the resistance reading is I have this problem with my istick 50w from time to time. Not used my aspire cf sub for a while but could be same problem. If this don't work make sure the coil it tight inside the atty or try another coil.

RE: What coil??
Sounds like a bad coil - take the coil out give the coil a good clean and also the inside of the tank that connects to the coil screw the coil back in making sure it is tight - if it still does not work try a new coil - cannot think of anything else it could be. Best of luck - let us know how you get on.

RE: What coil??
Probably a bad coil. Your Istick will fire a .5 ohm. When you do get if firing, remember to check your wattage/voltage. It's going to need a different setting for a sub ohm coil. I usually start around 3.7 volts (whatever watts that turns out to be) and go up or down from there depending on what you like.
