RE: Voice loss!
Just take it easy and don't talk too loudly on the forum [Image: smile.gif]. It could be the PG in the juice try a lower ratio like 50/50 PG/VG if you are using a standard 70/30 just now.

RE: Voice loss!
Does your mouth and throat get very dry when vaping?

There are a couple of things that can be done to help this which should also help prevent voice loss.

The first is to increase your fluid intake. Preferably with water, but other liquids are available. Having a glass of water after a vape will help.

PG can dehydrate you, so if you up the fluid intake and increase the VG level of your juice to the highest figure compatible with your atomiser, this should help as ecignut already said.

If you also regularly suffer from constipation, you are almost certainly dehydrated.
Upping fluid intake will also help with this.

RE: Voice loss!
Sometimes if I type too much the ink in the keyboard dries out.

Kidding. I haven't been hoarse from vaping. Hope it gets better soon!

RE: Voice loss!
I sometimes get hoarse or a sore throat, and I blame it on vaping for a day or two until I realize that I just have a cold that took a few days to ramp up. I've never had any problems that were actually due to vaping, just problems that I blamed on vaping until I realized it was something else. You might have a slight cold that just happened to coincide with your vaping.

RE: Voice loss!
It's really strange because I find myself constantly having to clear my throat, and even then, my voice doesn't always come back. It's really frustrating.

RE: Voice loss!
I'm a singer, and I vape a LOT.  In fact, since switching to vape from cigs, I've lost 1.5 notes on my bass range (used to be able to hit C2 pretty good, now I can barely get D2 out and it's not as powerful) BUT I picked up a FULL OCTAVE on top; I can now hit A5 without falsetto and once I'm wamred up, F5 in falsetto.  A true 3-octave range now, thanks to vaping.

Drink a lot of water.  That's it, that's all.

Longer winded indeed!  2 years into vaping and no cigs, I can hit - and carry - THE NOTE from Clay Aiken's "Solitaire" now.  Like seriously, holy shit..!
