VTC 5 Discolor

Hey everyone,

I have a pair of Sony VTC5's that I use as my main battery's. The other day I noticed discoloration on the positive end of the wrap. I Looked around on forms and found some stuff but wanted your opinion. when you press on it the dark spot it disappears which made me think it's moisture since I live in FL but the discoloration doesn't move. Has anyone one else experienced this?

I have some VTC4s that look like they have leprosy.

I'd not worry about it.

Hi Guy - just remember to thoroughly wash your hands after handling the batteries.
