It's not my cricket, Fatboy. It's a pic a friend sent. I did warn him about the cricket.

I get so many pics on my FB page. Some very strange stuff on vaping. I belong to a lot of closed pages.

I ended up using a tube mech for a while today thanks to this thread. I love my Caravela, always have. I was probably using it at way too low resistance, but I didn't blow my face off so whatever.

I am reluctant to be a "party pooper" here, but these types of "gadgets" are what our respective evil governments are going to focus on to try to squash the industry by misinformation that ALL ecig products are dangerous. Please Michael, don't blow your face off by being careless...we would all miss you! Sad

No offense intended lol

RE: Tube mods vs series mods
Did I dream it or have I seen a mod and atty combo that the manufacturer recommend a .1 build?  It was the one that has a switch made from multiple sections, like how a pizza is cut, with a centre pin that pushes again them to the battery.. yeah, youll really need to know your mech to know it from that description.. I only saw it briefly.

It's a residual side effects of vaping on a 40mm dump tank! Smile

I understand completely, and I've said the same thing to many people who've come onto the forum bragging about their super low resistance mech mod builds. Just to clarify, I was using a 0.15 ohm build on a Samsung 25R, which is right on the borderline of too low, and I know to be careful and not let the battery heat up. I wasn't ever really gonna blow my face off, I just like to build slightly higher on mechs usually. No offense taken though, I understand the concern and I'm planning on rebuilding that RDA today, it's just all I had built.

If you mean something you heard from me, the closest thing I can think of is when I was a noob (see Here) I entered an online cloud comp and a guy in a local shop recommended a 0.12 ohm dual parallel build. I was using a Panzer tube mech, which kinda sorta fits that description maybe.

RE: Tube mods vs series mods
Can't say I read that tbf mike, I was referring to a newish mech mod that was around few months back. Can't remember what it was called now. The box it came in said best performance coil was .1 Shok All i remember about it was the switch was about 6 segments shaped like pizza slices with a button that meshed in somehow to make perfect battery contact. Meh, not important really..
