delicious!

Classic Italian heart attack food. But lovely.

Get your pancetta from a real Italian and it is even better. My former boss used to reckon that heavily smoked bacon and creme fraiche made a carbonara...

She was horribly wrong.

Don't forget using pecorino cheese, I've seen cheeses used that almost puts me into OCD shock... Tongue

RE: Today I learned...
Today I learned neverv to walk into my B+M with a handful of cash. I ended up buying a second SQ, a Lost Vape Triade 250c and a Limitless stabwood mech copper tube. And of course atomizers to match. Missus is pissed ... I said I love you twenty times.

RE: Today I learned...
I learned to pay attention to what thread I'm posting to at work on Slack. What was meant to be a shout out to a junior developer for catching something I missed turned out to be a cut down on myself in a general chat. IT people have no mercy lol.

Keep Calm and Vape On!

TIL that I accumulate too many Halloween decorations. Here it is August 13, and I already have 4 new things for this season. Maybe it should be "Today I Realized" because I probably knew this for a long time.

RE: Today I learned...
Today I learned how to play slot games. They are quite entertaining. I have found new online casino mr Bet and decided to try my luck. I want to improve my skills and win some cash one day!

RE: Today I learned...
Today I learned that rifles even with the legally required sound moderators are still not very quiet when the local gamekeepers are blowing away wildlife at 11pm

Probably foxes or roe deer. You aren't allowed to use anything with less than the muzzle energy of a 264 rifle to kill deer. Given the way 264 burns out barrels and generally destroys weapons it'd be better if the law was different.

RE: Today I learned...
Overkill for a minimum , .22 lr is sufficient in the hands of a capable shooter . During a spell of hard times in my erly 20's i used a 22 short to obtain some not exactly legal sustainenc . Not something i'd do now , but young and desperate people tend to do desperate things .

Dogs have owners , Cats have staff .
