What are you cleaning the parts with? Simple chemical and soft cloth may not be enough, scotch brite or something similar would be best.
As it's the same on other mods it's almost certainly a connection issue. You'll need to remove and clean the 510+ pin, + post where the + pin screws in, swap out the screws if you can, clean the post holes, can't remember if the deck separates on the - side but if it does clean there too.. lots of scrubbing to do Undecided

Don't forget to apply for the freecycle section!
