Still going strong
I can't believe I've been vaping now for 2 months and cigarette free since 10 October.

I'm still messing around with different flavour juices and different tanks but on the whole I'm content with vaping rather than smoking.

Oddly I did find myself craving a real cigarette again for about 15 mins at one point yesterday. That's only the third time since going cigarette free that I've found myself actually wanting the real thing.

RE: Still going strong
it is absolutely normal to crave a cigarette from time to time . i gave up the stinkies this past may , and i'd be spreading some bull if i said i did not have the occasional craving .

RE: Still going strong
I also get the odd craving even now, 2 years on! Which is weird given that I'm the worst anti smoker around. Absolutely cannot stand cigarette smoke around me.

I actually like the smoke smell that comes off the cigarette at the time it is burning. The stale smell on someone after smoking isn't as pleasant.

My Mom was like that...she quit for 20 years, and loved when I was there so she could smell em

RE: Still going strong
I don't seem to be coughing as much when I'm vaping and my breathing when sleeping seems to have improved. I would often wake up choking and although that hasn't completely gone it's much improved.

I've got the nicotine content down to juices with a max strength of 3mg but quite a few of them are now at 0mg.

I'm disappointed that my sense of smell and taste don't appear to be coming back yet but I suppose I can't expect miracles after 26 years of smoking.

I've noticed that I'm vaping for shorter periods in time than I was previously and it would seem the majority of my vaping is done when I don't have much happening. The majority of my smoking was done when driving rather than when sat twiddling my thumbs.
