We are put into the addiction, smoking and unhealthy corner. It was a big mistake.

Vaping is much more than only smoking cessation.

Well, for me it is now for sure, but it wasn't that way before I got into the hobby. I viewed it as a smoking cessation method and nothing more, as most non-vapers do as well. It wasn't until I was part of the subculture that I finally saw vaping for what it actually is.

RE: Snapshot of the UK vaping market
I tried everywhichway to stop over a 5 year period and nothing worked. Even when I started vaping I still smoked for about 2 months albeit a lot less. The starter kits then - 2 years ago - were quite poor and did not work for me. It was not until I found the Nautilus and a VV/VW mod that I stopped smoking altogether. I will always have a soft spot for my Nautilus and my Innokin MVP - all of 11W[Image: smile.gif] and still use them to this day. They have probably lengthened my life by a few years and got me into a hobby I never dreamed of. Vaping is a life saver for lots of people and I try very hard to persuade my friends to at least try it - some I have succeeded with others I still 'work at'. Most importantly I succeeded with my wife - she has not had a cigarette for 11months now - again thanks to the Nautilus and a 20W Istick.

Not saying they're wrong, or you.. but if im asked I'll have to say "some guy on the Internet said so" which'll make me look a tw@t Confused

When I get a moment I will dig these stats out for you Smile If I don't come back to you please remind me.

If people don't always agree with the content of the articles I have no issue with that - if I/we are getting more people talking about vaping and ecigs then that is a result for me. In my mind the more people understand about them the more they will be accepted - we know they aren't perfect but research shows they are nowhere near as harmful as tobacco cigarettes.

Regards,

Mark
