Smok AL85 easiest? Hit
I have a smok AL85 and I love it! Except I end up hitting other vapes my friends have because the hits feel lighter, and have more vapor. My airflow is open all the way. I'm not sure what other settings to change. I tried to Google it but didn't have any luck.
How can I make my pull easier and increase my vapor?

Welcome to TVF Iri. The AL85 is a mod, What tank is on it? May have been a kit but I know SMOK offered it with several tanks although the most common one was the TFV8 Cloud Beast as well as the Baby Beast.

Depending on the coils you are using, try lowering the wattage and close off some of the airflow. There is no exact setting as everyone enjoys different things but if you start @ 35W with airflow at medium, then increase the wattage by 5W until you find something you like....then do the same thing with 3/4 closed airflow, etc....each coil resistance will also affect flavour and cloud production...

Along with what was suggested check your settings. There should be a soft / normal / hard setting. You should see either a S, N or H on the display telling you what it is set at. I don't have a AL85 but my Alien seems to work best in N for me.

The Vesta is the same with the different modes like that. I'm not a fan... if you want a harder hit, turn it up. The wife accidentally switches around once in a while then complains to me that it's "broken" because it is "acting weird". I show her what she did and how to fix/avoid it again, but she will return to me always with the same problem. I wish I had someone always standing by to cheerfully fix the same stupid issues over and over.

Also, you didn't mention what juice you use, because higher VG ratios will produce more vapor with a softer hit, all other things being equal.

I am not sure if it was supposed to act like a pre heat function or what it was supposed to be. If it was a pre heat function it didn't work well at all and it is not a curve. IMO it was a useless feature.

Probably so, but was a new feature that many bought into....like automotive cruise control for city slickers... Tongue

I am with TW on this - the Wraith squonker comes with these settings but maybe because I use low power I find no difference between them - my setting is just kept on ''regular''.
