Sir Lancelot Clone by Tobeco and Mutation X V3 (HELP)
I'm Just now getting into mech mods and RDAS

So I have been reading about hybrid mods and I was wondering if anyone knows if the Sir Lancelot Clone by Tobeco has to be used with a certain RDA or is it safe to use with Mutation x V3?

You can use them together quite easily. Should be pretty nice, too!

Thank you! my friends have been telling me to be careful because of hybrid mods and if you don't use the right type of RDA they will explode and I wanted to make sure this combo is safe.

The Sir Lancelot mod is a regular mech mod with a regular 510 connection and not a hybrid AFAIK.

In my shop I use a Sir lancelot clone by Tobeco with a Plume veil clone for taste testing Five pawns Black Flag Fallen
It has a standard 510 and magnet switch.

RE: Sir Lancelot Clone by Tobeco and Mutation X V3 (HELP)
A hybrid mod just means it's a mechanical mod that screws together with a specially made atomizer that doesn't use a 510 connection. The way they connect makes the battery connect directly with the atomizer, instead of having a metal piece in between the atomizer and the battery. There's absolutely no reason whatsoever that a hybrid mod would explode if you used it with the wrong atomizer, because you would either (1) be unable to get the atomizer to even fit on the mod if it didn't have a 510 connection, or (2) be using it with a 510 connection, which means it's just a mechanical mod and is no longer a hybrid. Hybrid mods are cool because there's less resistance in the mod itself, which means more power goes directly to the atomizer which makes bigger clouds. But it's not that much of a difference, and if you can get a Mutation X v3 to fit that means it has a standard 510 connection so it's just a normal mech mod.

Hope that helps, I don't want to scare you away with all the technical talk but I figured it was worth explaining Smile
