Yes it is one of 18sixfifty's switches and also the 510 connector.  I don't know how many amps it will handle.  Maybe he will chime in on it and let us know.  I know that so far it is handling 4+ amps and nearly 18 watts.  That's the theoretical calculation though.  I am sure that with added resistance of the wires and switch and anything else it is not that high.  

Also hopefully he can give me some simple stats on the battery that is in there.

I was maybe thinking about soldering in a kick module in there and see how that works. The kick I got from FT on says 12w though.

Also notice that you can ask for samples and they have lots of switches!!

Current rating (typical, resistive):
400mA at 32 VAC
100mA at 50 VDC
125mA at 125 VAC
