RE: Should I get a mechanical mod?
Oh I'm past the 1 year mark already, and I'm now an AVID vaper.  I see myself going another 6-12 months on the i50 before I see something like it but more powerful.  *sigh*

iStick 120 w/ 9,000 MaH LiPo battery and the gen2 Arctic (or whatever KangerTech comes with by then) are already calling to me from the future...

I have been looking at that one. If I remember right it's close to $100. But I can't help but being drawn to it.

It's well worth the price. You can get the original one (not the Plus, the other one) for about $85 or so, I've seen them on sale for as low as $70. Which is still a lot of money, but it's so worth it. That could be your final upgrade and last you forever if you don't get into collecting mods. I have bought other mods since the Sigelei, but it's still my go-to favorite and it does everything I need. It's just versatile, well-made and durable. Definitely the best bang for your buck in my opinion.

RE: Should I get a mechanical mod?
I have been surfing the vape sites and Ebay. Man there are some nice mods out there, but if you are not careful, you can empty your wallet real quick. I'm holding on to my money for the Sigelei. Looks real good, and recommended by Micheal so I know it will be good. I think my man Michael is a great salesman. Should be getting kick backs from some of these companies. Declare

Too bulky.  That's literally my whole problem with Segelei.  And it's a big enough one IMO that until they round off the edges and shrink it down, I'll never own one.  My MVP2 was bad enough.

I was also thinking about the 50 watt Istick. I gotta tell ya, my 30 watt Istick puts out surprisingly good clouds. I take that son of a gun every where.

I just finished my first RDA build on my Patriot tank. Tried dual coils. Amazing flavor and clouds. Biggrin

The istick 50w is a great device, I have two of them actually. It's about 1/3 the size of a Sigelei-100W, so definitely small enough to fit in a pocket easily. It's actually a little thinner and shorter than the MVP2. I still recommend the Sigelei though, simply because it will do more. It does seem a bit bulky at first, but it's easy enough to get used to it and it's still small enough to fit in a coat pocket. I actually keep it in my pants pocket most of the time, it's a little big but not too bad. Like I said, once you get used to it you'll love it. But the istick is a good choice for something smaller that can still do a helluva good job.

RE: Should I get a mechanical mod?
Yep..I have it on my wish list. Probably get it Tuesday. I just discovered, I can't seem to vape dual coils. I put the ready made coils in my Patriot, and I can't get even a half second draw before i choke. So I removed one coil, and it's fine. Maybe two coils are too hot for my rookie lungs.
