Resources for e-Cig | Vaping Safety knowledge
Are you one of the many that's been brainwashed by Hype ?

"You're smoking Antifreeze !"
"It's damaging your lungs!"
"It's worse than Tobacco!"

All these things you'll hear about and read if you browse the internet looking for information on Vaping.. The truth of the matter is that most of the information out there is solicited scaremongering, and we all know who's behind it!

So why not educate yourself?

Here are some useful resources to help you educate yourself on the safety of Vaping and e-Juice.

As I find more information I'll update this post.. feel free to share your own information as and when you find it.

Electronic Cigarettes Frequently Asked Questions

Clinical Research

Lab Reports

The CASAA website is a fantastic resource of important information that will help YOU well on the way to finding THE FACTS about Vaping.

Don't forget, NEVER buy the small kits that promise big things and NEVER believe anyone who says it's "more expensive than smoking", this is only true if you're getting ripped off or are buying ProVaris.

Thanks for the advice.. I haven't looked at the mall kits myself - if you mean mall as in market, there's some real dodgy e-Juice being sold around here which is pretty bad in all honesty.

Very true advice about the cost! most definitely, if it's costing more than Tobacco - you're doing it wrong! Smile

Sorry, meant small, but missed s.

Like, avoid ALL the ones that are lookalikes and promise 3 packs per carto, especially no-name.

RE: Resources for e-Cig | Vaping Safety knowledge
I first tried the "shot in the dark method"... That was a bust,  then I tried a "friends suggestion" ... that wasn't any better. I finally tried a "Brand Name" (Lotus) and tried a flavor other than tobacco. It was very soon after that, that I found this place. I'd like to thank all of you who have been so helpful to me.

To the admin of this site.. GREAT JOB! Good

Onward.. through the Fog!

RE: Resources for e-Cig | Vaping Safety knowledge
I'm about to do 2 things..
First, I'm going to start making my own e juice. Im sure most of you are quite aware of that. I have been told by 2 people TODAY, that if Im vaping nicotine with a mod and a tank (i.e.) Kayfun, I should back way off on the nicotine.
Currently, Im using an EVOD 1000maH and a Kanger T3s.  I'm intending to go to a Lavatube, or an M-16 and a Kayfun. Can someone wide me up before the wife has to peel me off the ceiling? I took a vape from a friends M-16... DAYUM!! The flavor was incredible, the throat hit was amazing!LOL someone please help me before I hurt myself!

Onward.. through the Fog!

RE: Resources for e-Cig | Vaping Safety knowledge
Hehe, I have a friend who's been vaping for almost a year but almost exclusively rechargeable mods with clearo style tanks due to his job.

Whenever he takes a vape on one of my (mod/atty) setup, it takes him a while to adjust via a bit of coughing and spluttering Big Grin mind you he has no excuse now as last time he was over I set his dripper up for him Tongue

You'll naturally find your own balance and gradually cut down on the Nic most likely, but some individuals do seems to have a high tolerance threshold for Nic and have no problem with more intake.

When I took the switch from cartos to RBAs, I initially went down from 24mg to 16-18mg. I ended up going back up to 24mg though...

My step from cartos to RBAs was quite a different one though... My mod was a 6v mod using stacked lifepo rcr123a, and I used 2.0 ohm dual coil cartos... so the thing had some kick to it as it was.
