Noticed that too, but even in the drip tip it had built up... It was actually so bad I had to clean the entire innards with rubbing alcohol to get it off them.

Thinking of ordering some juice from a bulk seller online. I can get the exact pg/vg/nic ratio I want and a 250ml of a flavor that sounds good (from reviews it tastes like swisher sweet cigars) for $35, sounds really good for the price... Just wish they had samples in the 30ml range

Well the 3dmodeling software is having errors when I try to make places for airflow so this is the best I can do. You will have to use your imagination a little..

The center is a metal rod, stainless steel would probably be best (maybe something else if encased in the ceramic of the unit)

The parts that attach the core should be hollowed out for airflow (where I ran into issues), along with vents down the center horizontally, and you would wrap your wire around the outside.

Along with some vents on the hollow parts to allow for airflow

Actually thinking of how this would work makes me think of the Inception Coil, they would work almost the same

RE: Rebuildable but not replacing coil pack
As for posting a pick of my build, even with a battery the pictures are worthless from my cellphone. You would imagine a 4 megapixel camera would be pretty clear but these are horrid (all the other pics have been clear, never tried a close up of something this small though)..

Put in a twisted pair 24 gauge last night (used a drill and needle nose pliers) and I thought that it would increase the ohms due to the length of wire used to make it, in fact it dropped it to .37 ohms from .53 of my previous build... It was kind of tricky to get it in under the screws securely, yet the change in flavor quality and density of the cloud are insane compared to my old build.

Maybe in a few weeks when I can get a new cell I will post a pic that is clear enough to see, as I just started a new job that pays alot better than my old one. As I do plan on getting a better phone anyways.

Twisted 24g was a favorite of mine for a long time Good I developed a method of twisting it with about an inch gap between the strands of wire, wet the wire and max rpm the drill until the wire snaps. The result is a twist so tight it looks like a Clapton! Everyone raved over it.
I called it helix wire.. but then some YouTube fan boy made a better wire and called it the same Sad

Yeah, what you expect to happen with resistance is usually not what you get, eventually with enough builds under your belt you'll know roughly where your build will come out.

Can't wait to see your builds bud

RE: Rebuildable but not replacing coil pack
I had ordered a sample pack from the place I mentioned before and they sent me the wrong sample pack, as I ordered the tobacco pack and received a standard pack (multi flavor and many I have no interest in trying). I contacted them and within the hour of a reply shipped me a replacement of the sample pack I actually ordered. Plus they said just to keep the one they sent originally, so tried the only tobacco flavor I received and love it.

Can not wait till I get the one I ordered, amazing how clear it is compared to my old brand was... If I like any of the flavors I get with the "fixed" shipment more, I can get 250 ml for $35up to a gallon for $190 lol

Good prices for juice you like!

What will you do with the juices you don't want?

Most likely take them to my former boss's wife and see if she wants them. And what she doesn't take give them to others

Cucumber melon (smells interesting so going to try that)
Fruit hoops
Strawberries and cream
Pink Lemonade (may try it)
Chocolate mint
Vixen
Vanilla Hazelnut
Tigers blood
and Crimson bull

Tigers blood is really good; it's a coconut strawberry. I've had it from two different vendors and it tasted the same both times, actually so I guess that names lends itself to a standard flavor profile. Light enough to be an ADV, but not nearly flavorful enough for me to be a top ten all time for sure.
