RE: Ready for next step after ecig
Kero, I was talking about the Cool Fire 4.

I like the Pico, it's my on the go Mod. You should ask Umi how she likes hers, she just bought one as her every day mod. I have Nitcore i2 charger. I would suggest getting a minimum of two batteries, Samsung 25r, LG HG2/HE.

I hear good things about the Wismec Presa 75W, Immonkin Cool Fire 4 75W. eleaf iStick 60W. Sigelei warranties have some known issues and not everyone is a fan of Kanger. I'd stick with Triton mini, just in case you want to try DTL both the mod and tank can work.

RE: Ready for next step after ecig
You know what guys n gals, my coworkers might go with the pico and a mini triton or nautilus mini but for myself I think I like the simple setup of a mini istick 20 or 30 with same tank options.

All this removable battery stuff just seems like a pain in the ass for taking the next simple step plus getting extra batteries and a separate charger.

For me, I think simple and easy is the way to go for now.

I can't tell you how many people on forums and device reviews say how much they love the mini istick batteries with either tank above.

I think as I research more it just confuses me more on options and gets to complicated. The key is to continue not to use analogs and if I can do that on an v2 EX I can easily do it on a mini and mini tank Smile.

The Balrog is definitely a great option for a mod with a separate battery. It's very small and easy to use, but also powerful and has room to upgrade to a new tank if needed without needing a new mod.

Hey all,

This is becoming maddening, now all three of us want to avoid units with a separate battery, we are not ready for that.

They are thinking about:

Eleaf iStick 40W TC (either just the mod or with the GS tank)

Thoughts/comments/a gun with a bullet to put me out of my misery ROFL!

There are just to many options out there.

Thanks

That's so true. You're just going to have to close your eyes and pick something. If a big display would be interesting, there's always the SMC Touchbox. It has an internal battery. I wanted it for myself but I only use external battery mods. But it looks cool. Apparently you can put your own image as the background and stuff like that.

I did see at Fasttech they have a mini 60 version with external cells, hmmmm....

Here's your bullet to put you out of your misery: buy iStick 50Ws, Nautilus (or Nautilus Mini) tanks, and enough BVC coils to survive a zombie apocalypse. Go do it now, and the pain will be over!

ROFL! I think we settled on the eleaf istick TC 40W

We can always change out the tank for whatever each person wants. We will try the tank that comes with it and dial back the air flow and can always change the coil, etc etc.

So, how does that sound.

The question now is, best place to purchase at the best price and maybe a first time order discount, hook me up peeps Smile

RE: Ready for next step after ecig
I get one bonus post for at least being comprehensive ROFL!

So we ordered the Eleaf iStick TC 40W with the GS air tank. It seems like a good starter unit for both MTL and DTL.

We all have to start somewhere so I guess we shall see where it all goes. We look forward to receiving them and I am sure all three of us will go on slightly different paths as time goes on.

Thank you all again for all the feedback and comments. Will let you know when they arrive.

I am sure I will have questions about using it Tongue

A squonk is a good starter kit. Get the new Eleaf squonk.
