Kero, you have to have a certain number of posts to get the signature option, it's 75 or 100. You are close to 75 so should find out soon.

RE: Ready for next step after ecig
Torrey: thank you for the info

Tin: I am vaping in TC mode at 480F at 40W right now and it seems pretty good. My mod does not allow to adjust the watts in TC mode. It keeps the mod at 40W.

I still hate this tank lol.

Even in TC mode I still get that darn metally taste with the juice regardless of which juice I use and regardless of which coil I use.

Thoughts on uwell original crown vs nautilus that torrey recommended (not exactly sure which model). Needs to be at least 4ml and top fill. I know for sure all aspire coils are available in just about every show near me. Crown still I haven't checked yet but I saw the tank at two shops so I assume they carry the coils.

OK, so your mod maxes at 40w, didn't realize that. Have you locked the base resistance at room temp? That has a big effect on TC operation. Here is the link to the owner's manual.

http://www.eleafworld.com/manuals/

And I know TC is a little more intricate to use, but since I started using it, I have grown to love it and have all but abandoned power mode because of all the benefits I've found with TC. You're going to be limited on your vape warmth due to the 40w max capability of the mod though.

You can't go wrong with the Crown. Event the Crown II now they fixed their coil issue. I have 2 crowns and still get made fun of recommended them to everyone. There is a 1.2 crown coil which with reduced air flow, should give you MTL. However, you will need two set ups to go back and forth.

I recommended the Triton or Triton mini depending on need now. The big triton if you want more juice capacity.

The nautilus is strictly a MTL tank, so keep that in mind if your intention is to switch between DL and MTL; the Nauti won't work for DL. Nauti (not Nauti mini) is 5ml but is bottom fill as well. A great tank, very reliable, but it doesn't check all your boxes.

RE: Ready for next step after ecig
Okay, so I locked the resistance, took all of 3 seconds thanks.

So here is what I am going to do for now. I have 3 spare 0.15 coils left to use and one semi new one in the tank. Will use those all up since paid for them and then post a new thread in the atomizer discussion section when I am ready for a new tank. I would rather not buy more coils for the current tank and put that money towards a new tank when ready.

I am still conflicted as I enjoy MTL but am also starting to enjoy DTL which I didn't think I would.

If I had to guess, I would say my next tank will be for DTL (going to the dark side LOL)

I feel confused sometimes, hahaha.

Torrey: so i can research with regards to the triton with large capacity, what is the exact name and model?

RE: Ready for next step after ecig
When I started vaping, like most others, I was all MTL all the time. That's how I smoked, and that's all I knew there was. Once I got the hang of DL, not only did I enjoy it more, but I also now can't MTL anymore at all. I choke out. Who knows why. Anyway, it's not actually the dark side, but it does use considerably more juice because of higher power and deeper draws. The upside is better flavor and considerably more vapor if you like that.

It won't be too long before you tire of buying coils and make your own. It's simple, cheap, and saves a ton of money over disposables. Juice making is more complicated but that can wait another day.

I'd consider an upgrade to your mod too. The one you have seems to be a starter (which is fine, that's what you wanted anyway). An awesome mod like the iPV5 has a lot more power, much better TC technology, and will satisfy you for a long time regardless of your atty or style. Food for thought down the line.

The regular Triton only holds 3ml, so I'd look at the crown and the others recommended. Just go to a site and start putting names in. I recommend myvaporstore.com because of it's excellent shipping and customer service. Prices are bad either.

Make sure .15 coils aren't for TC.

Ahem, unless you want to use TC of course.
