RTA wicking methods?

RTA wicking methods?
how long should my wicks be? How far from the deck should my coils be? Can anybody link me to a discussion about this because im sure its been talked about before. I feel like i could just get better flavor but im not sure how.

Which RTA to do you have? Generally just above or just touching the deck is the rule (from what I've ever read), but it does depend on the RTA too.

The Avocado is a genny-style, innit? You'd want the wick to almost touch the bottom of the tank if I'm right. I don't have one though so if somebody else says different listen to them not me Tongue

Wick to about 3/4 of the way to the bottom of the deck. Make sure the cotton is not too tight into the holes to prevent it from choking off. I've built a bunch of them that way and it functions perfectly.
