Quick TCR Question
Is it better to use a mod's preset values for a certain wire type, or is it better to use manual TCR?

What's SS316's TCR? I ask this because the iPV4s has only Ti and Ni for TC wire, with no manual TCR. I am trying it on Ti because I just love the 4s and want to use it. It's working well, but is Ti close in TCR to SS316? Seems to be overheating.

RE: Quick TCR Question
It's not close at all.
Somewhere on here I recall paul posting some tcr values but I can't remember where, I think they're this page of steamengine too Smile

RE: Quick TCR Question
Yeah I'd use the TCR from SteamEngine. Just click the drop-down box and select "SS 316L/Elite" from the options. Then next to the graph, click "DNA200" to download the CSV file which you can import into eScribe. But the TCR that the DNA200 has already for SS is nearly identical (if not exactly identical) so you can just go into eScribe, add a SS profile and sync to your mod.
