Noob from the dirty south
Hi all, I'm a noob, I started vaping CBD oil to help with fibro and PTSD. It did not take long to explore regular ejuices and I also quit smoking. Yay me! I am one week analog free and doing really well.

I'm mixing my own juices, and would love to learn more.

Congrats on making the switch mate! Welcome to TVF, we're always willing to help out the newbies Smile iif you have any questions just ask, if it's something I don't know then I'm sure there are others on here who do! If I'm not mistaken, Don is our mix master, though there are a lot of guys who make DIY eJuice. You might want to check out our mixology section.

RE: Noob from the dirty south
Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! I kept trying to write more from my ipad and it kept messing up, so I am finally relaxing at my desktop and hopefully it will work better for me posting than my ipad.

Like I stated in my first post, I started vaping CBD's for fibro and PTSD. I am learning to mix my own juices and for now I am just doing flavors and getting to know what works and what does not but eventually I would like to develop something for people like me who suffer with chronic pain, something cheaper than CBD's as so many people that are disabled with painful conditions are on fixed incomes and spending a LOT of money on something that their insurance does not cover is just out of their reach. But first things first... I have to master the art of mixing up ejuice for pleasure.

I am a little addicted to power sources right now. I have 3 little small pens that are great for a quick stealth hit and easy to carry around. I have a Katady epower1, and 3 VaporRex bats and way too many bottles of juice, wait, you can never have enough juice, right?

True that, mate. I always keep at least 5 different flavors in my stash, in case I get bored with one I can just move on to the next. Everyone gets addicted to mods, it just comes with the territory. I have 3 Mechanical Mods, one regulated box mod, and a vv mod that I just ordered in the mail, and I have 7 atties plus another that's in the mail with the vv mod, and I'm one of the conservative collectors. Ask Don or gords how many mods they have, I dare you. Lol

If I get any more utilities my spouse may cut up my credit cards lol. I have found a few that I would LOVE to have, but it will take me some time to get them, I will have to slip them in there quietly lol

RE: Noob from the dirty south
If you're into rebuildable atties and dripping, I highly recommend both the Big Dripper and the Sigelei-100W. The Big Dripper is a great Atty that basically is a dripper with a tank, meaning you can drip and drive, or drip at any other time when it would normally be impractical. And the Sigelei-100W is a spectacular device that takes two 18650 batteries and basically kicks everything else's ass.

RE: Noob from the dirty south
I love the idea of dripping, and that may honestly save me a few bucks because I go through a LOT of juice, I think it is a lot anyway. I am doing 6-7ml a day as best as I can judge. I like to swap flavors often. I keep 4-5 juices on the table at any time, and take that many with me in my little "kit" that I drop in my purse when I go out somewhere.

I am getting ready to make up some juice today and get it put up to steep so I will have some good stuff around the Christmas Holiday. When I make juice, I make it in my kitchen, I bleach my kitchen down really good before I make it so I know I am making clean safe juice, that and I LOVE to clean and love the smell of bleach LOL.
