RE: Nicotine level
It depends on what strength of nicotine liquid you can actually get where you are.

Generally it seems to be in the 70-100mg/ml though as a consumer in the EU the maximum you can buy is 20mg/ml.

Generally, you have 60ml of 3mg - therefore you have 180mg of nicotine in the bottle. You want to raise the strength to 4.5mg/ml or 270mg in 60ml. Since this is a minor dilution of the flavour it'll probably be OK. You want to add 90mg of nicotine so 0.9ml of 100mg/ml nicotine would do it.

It is easiest to work out from total nicotine every time.

RE: Nicotine level
Consider DIY juice making, you'll not only save money but get the nic level you want every time.

RE: Nicotine level
Bibs is dead on , for $110 I have been stocked on juice since November of last year . I have complete control of my nic level (2% for adv and 6% When i need that quik nic kick ) And i have experienced flavor that you just cant buy in a B&M shop . The start up seems expensive , but compared to stinkies it's dirt cheap .
