New to vaping
Hello everyone,

I'm new to this forum and vaping and so far seems like a great place to get some advice! I've been looking in to ordering an eleaf 40w temp control mod and to go along with that a kanger sub box mini to start. Since I'm new to temp control and vaping in general what would be an ideal temp and wattage to vape at without burning out the coils too easily and still producing good clouds I guess I'm looking for a minimum and maximum of possible. Thank you!

Hey buddy, welcome to TVF!

I've not tried TC myself yet but from what I can remember... between 490 and 550 Fahrenheit should be a pretty good vape.

Hopefully some of the TC experts will be able to help a little more Smile

RE: New to vaping
It depends on a lot of things - best to start low and work the temperature up till you get to a good place for you.

The devices I know of aren't as much temperature controlled as temperature limited - the coil should not get hotter than the set temperature.

As long as this is lower than the temperature that burns your wicking material or your juice all is good.
