No, she's using the same kinds of cells we use. I never heard of a gas powered atty, link?

Technically, a gas powered mod would be possible... You could hook up a gas powered electric generator to a mod, similar to those mods you plug into your car cigarette lighter socket, just modify it to a wall outlet plug instead and then you'd have the world's noisiest e-hookah.

Because it's fun to figure out seemingly impossible things Smile

You get gas (and probably gasoline) powered soldering irons, so why not a flame driven vape?

Pointless and stupid but I'll bet someone somewhere has made one Smile

Portable torch + a flat bottomed tank with no wick.

I'm going to build one just because of this discussion.  Might be a little while as I'm completely swamped at work right now (I've been putting in 12+ hour days and haven't had a day off in 2 weeks), but I'm going to do it because screw you guys.

RE: New to coil building. What guage do I use??
I'm debating betwen trying to make a way to ballpark the actual temperature, vs just making something quick and dirty and using my tongue as a temp gauge.  Basic design already worked out.  Might be a while before I get around to having the tank machined though.  But screw it - why not, LMAO
