New to box mod vamping
Hi there guys. Have just started using an Innokin Coolfire 4 with an I clear 30s dual coil Clearomizer. My juice is Heavenly Tobacco 30pg/70 vg 18mg nicotine and it seems to taste best around 15-17 watts 2.17 ohm reading for the coil.
Hoping this isn't too high, any comments would be great. Cheers

Unfortunately, there's no magic formula to know what wattage works best with a particular resistance coil, because there are so many variables involved. Instead we just have to find out what's safe, and then figure out what works best from there. A 2 ohm coil will be safe at pretty much any wattage and with any battery, so as long as you're not getting dry hits you're fine. Higher wattages do cause coils to wear out faster though, so keep that in mind.

Welcome to TVF Kinga!

If it works for you then all is good buddy.. as long as it's keeping you away from the smokes then I wouldn't change a thing.

That wattage seems a bit high for a 2ohm coil, about 9W for a 1.8 coil is best taste for me but we are all different. I have a coolfire 4 myself and never been north of 10W on a 1.6 coil in a Nautilus - just for fun try it at 7W and work up from that - the lower the watts the better the taste as far as standard vaping goes. The coolfire does well at 30W for sub ohming a .4 coil but not powerful enough for a .3 ohm coil.
