RE: New to Vaping
Can something go faster if it's already traveling at speed?

If your scale is from -500 to +1 then -100 is closer to the + than -, therefore it's +400 of the - that's a + right?
I'm with you on the implied for sure, but that's kinda the point.. to get people who wish to smoke make a better choice, even with the subliminal if need be!

Ps I love these kind of theoretical debates Good

RE: New to Vaping
Back to Crimson's question. Vaping is less hazardous than smoking and more satisfying. Since you haven't tried it, you don't really know what sort of vaping style appeals to you. I suggest you start small with the eGO AIO. It's an all in one pen device that has gotten some great feedback. In fact I bought one for my daughter when the urge to smoke comes upon her. She'd already quit for 5 months when I gave it to her.

You should be able find 0 Nic in most Vape Stores and online. Many start with tobacco flavors, but there so many other fun options. I many go for fruits and custards. Try Charlie Noble's Custard, it comes in 0mg Nic.

If you like the device and find a juice you enjoy and want to continue vaping, you'll need replacement coils for the AIO. When you decide vaping is for you, you can upgrade to a better device and then a better budget will be in order.

Theoretical vs philosophical...... my fave debate is around a parachute failure..... some will argue terminal velocity makes a difference if your chutes fail..... I argue that reducing velocity gives you precious additional seconds for a possible miracle......others will argue that when you are doomed, the faster it ends, the better..... while others will argue that to avoid jumping in the first place is better...... Smile

RE: New to Vaping
BTW, Crimson, on the matter of safety, I was wondering if you meant something like exploding batteries. If you use common sense, and don't keep batteries loose in your pocket with change, you shouldn't have an issue.

RE: New to Vaping
whoa alot of debate here lol.
First of all thanks everyone for the feedback.

When i say safety i mean all around, the products not blowing up in my face, "food grade" or "pharma" grade e-juice. I wan't everything to be as good as i can possibly get it. I've read some negative things about some e-juice containing some nasty stuff, hence why i asked which brands are good in that respect.

@bibliora i'm going to check out your recommendation for sure. Also how often is it a good idea to change the coils ?

RE: New to Vaping
Crim, many of us mix our own, in part because of the significance in savings but some of us because we want to know exactly what is in it, clean sanitized mix location, etc.....a few of us here are OCD so living on the edge, buying off some guy on the street corner (or small local shop or online) isn't going to happen.....

Thats cool though, i like to know what goes into the e-juice.

I'm still curious to know what brands people recommend, also as a new vaper would you recommend trying a 50/50 pg/vg mix?
