New and lost....
So I just have a simple question. I have a kanger tech subox mini. I've been using the rba but wanted to try the included 1.5 occ. at 18 watts I'm using 5.6 volts...is that safe? I know nothing about electricity. But I've read that an 18650 usually at full charge runs at 4.2  anyone please give me some help??

RE: New and lost....
The box is a regulated mod, it can both boost and drop the voltage as required.

In this case it is perfectly safe.

An 18650 at full charge is 4.2V normally though there are 4.35V cells available - but normally only capable of relatively low currents so not useful for vaping.
