NICOTINE
Hi - It keeps cropping up over and over again - this ''thing'' about cutting nicotine levels.
Nicotine is no different from Caffeine - it is a stimulent - it goes to the same brain receptors and acts on your body in the same way.
It has got a bad name because of cigarettes but it is the tars and other rubbish in cigs. that is harmful NOT Nicotine - it will NOT cause cancer. As a stimulent it will temporarily cause your blood pressure to rise - and that is it!
Also please note - it has been found that it is not as addictive as first thought - but the tars and other rubbish in cigs. IS.
Please do not be frightened by my friend Nicotine - he is a nice guy.

Hi Rob - Three of my vaping friends gave up vaping because they reduced the nic. levels far too fast. It took me six months of hard ''persuasion'' to get them to try it again - this time not reducing the nic. as fast. They all still vape 3mg Nic - now nearly a year on.

RE: NICOTINE
As I've said once or twice before, I eliminated nic for a while, but found that I enjoy the stimulant properties, same as I do with caffeine. Considering all the improper things we regularly do to ourselves (oh, automobile exhaust, manufactured food products, etc) nic in your vape juice should not even be on your list of concerns.

RE: NICOTINE
Heck, sitting in the office chair as much as I do is far worse than vaping will ever be. Lordy, I'm almost fully convinced that vaping is simply no more dangerous than breathing air. Viva la Vaping!

Did they give up vaping to use tobacco, or just give it all up?

RE: NICOTINE
My take on nicotine when only in a vape:

When I used to smoke and was out to eat and things were taking more than 10 minutes to show up...
I needed a cig!
I wanted to stand outside and smoke while I waited for food, drink, or especially check. Very uncomfortable addiction.
Now, I vape around 3 or 4 nic. Just down from 6 so I can vape more times without feeling off, for the fun of it.
I can sit in a restaraunt for a couple hours, drinking and all, and I don't need to go out to have a vape break. I actually forget to vape on some work breaks. That would have never happened with tobacco addiction!
I vape a bit when stressed and it really works for me. On a day off with little stress, I vape way less and only for fun, flavor, and just to feel the vape. I really don't feel like I absolutely need to vape all the time.

Now, I am using some 30mg nic salts in a Sourin Drop a few times a day, as well as my subohm vaping. It gives me a nice high feeling without the sick. It lasts longer than a tobacco headrush, but not the same thing at all. Just instant stress relief. I have anxiety and it is lessened by this high nicotine toodling.

I don't plan on quitting nicotine at all. 0 nic juice doesn't taste or steep the same either. I do not like the flavor of 0 nic juice.

"Nothing like a nic shot to the eye to wake you up in the morning"
