RE: Married cells question
I am having a similar issue. I just suspected that my samsung 25R's are getting old . That and my charger is cheap and is not charging the batteries in a true balanced charge. It has always charged one within 1% faster than the other one.

Like just say one will get to 90% the other is still at 89% then after about two minutes they booth read at 90%.

But Just yesterday as a matter of fact one said it was at 82% and the other was still at 53%.
So thats when I went "crap. I guess the Batteries are on the way out."

The 2 I am referring to are less than 2 weeks old.

RE: Married cells question
Mine don't finish within 1% most times. It could be the logic of how the mod uses the cells to discharge maybe? I don't know. But I haven't had any issues with my cells in the year plus I've used them and the i4.

I am the only one who doesn't watch their batteries charge? I feel like I missing out.

I've fallen asleep many a time while they charged.

I really, really don't recommend doing this though.

Best to keep an eye on them as charging is when they are most likely to go "Kaboom".

Though my only unprovoked Kaboom was when the cell was in use. Provoked ones are easy. Just apply the output of a stick welder set to 200A. Just be sure to stay upwind of the result.

TVF tested battery info to be found here
