How to clean Joyetech Ego AIO coils?
Like the title says how do you clean these coils in the manual it says use alcohol for the atomizer head but what type of alcohol? I know it's a stupid question but is atomizer head the coil?

Thanks

Yeah, the coil is sometimes referred to as the head.

Depending on the juice a coil can last from a few days to a few weeks. Cleaning them has mixed reviews but one common theme is that there's a limit to how many times it can be successfully done.

Hi Noob - it just isn't worth the effort - all you will get out of it is an extra couple of days with very poor taste.

Personally I never do it - I regularly clean the drip tip and with tanks I clean in the well where the coil fits each time I change a coil and that's it[Image: smile.gif].

RE: How to clean Joyetech Ego AIO coils?
I will clean tanks from time to time. Sometimes I just soak it in hot water for a few minutes then dry it, and sometimes I take it completely apart and soak it in hot water for a few minutes then dry it. Some folks use ultrasonic cleaners as well.

Cleaning it, and the level of effort I put in, depends largely on the juice that was last in the tank. If it's a real potent one like watermelon or menthol that lingers, I will wash it. Also, if the tank was sitting or will be sitting unused for a long time, I will wash it. But a lot of times I do what ecignut does, and just fill with a new juice and move on.

I wash tanks every few flavors and after installing a new coil , rdas i use a watter quench to clean coils whichalso flushes out the base an just force a paper towel through the cap

Thanks for all the tips.

Will warm water and Peroxide be okay to clean drip tips?

That'll work just fine.

I'd use hot water though - as in close to boiling.

But the peroxide is doing the work not the water.
