I just made some aliens, came out OK. Put them up on FC. Now to put the easy work away and retry something that's been kicking my butt.

A little polished twisted action going on in the TM24. Used SS316L, N80, and KA1. It should color up pretty interesting. I'll do it tomorrow so I can get the pics in natural light. That's the only way the colors can be photographed realistically.

Very nice!
I've been thinking of getting a flat rolling mill to mess about with flat claptons and what not.

What did you use to flatten that chef? I normally use the roller at work but I need something at home that isn't heavy machinery Laugh4

These coils you guys build are fantastic - I don't know how you have the heart to even think about vaping with them[Image: tongue.gif].

RE: How do you dip yer wick?
I file and sand/polish them. Start with filing, then sandpaper from 100-5000 grit, then finish them with 6000, 8000, and 12000 grit polishing fabrics. About 16(?) steps in all, with high power air blasts between each one to clear out the old grit.

Here's the pulse colored version, in the Petri V2

If you made a really long one it would make a beautiful bracelet[Image: smile.gif]. These coils are like jewelry.

Fantastic colour! So they're not flattened at all?! Makes them even cooler then Good
It also means you've got way too much time on your hands  Tongue

Just ground and polished. I do it mainly for IG promo pics. They like shiny things. Sarcastic
