RE: How do you dip yer wick?
Are you sure your cotton is burnt or just discolored? I find when my cotton is touching the sides in my RDA's they discolor within a day or so from the condensation running back down onto them. Other times I can go longer without any discoloration. Perhaps something similar is happening for you?

I get to going too fast and it gets hosed up. I also remember that the ones I did make 'successfully' heated up the atty too fast for my liking.
No speed regulation on your drill? Or, like mine, does it go slower in reverse?
Fc's do get hot but that's kinda the point, not that it'll matter in tc or if you use thin gauge cores.

Tbh if your set up right full speed is the best way. It's all in the finger action Wink

LOL, what else would it be? That and of course the spitting from the coil. I can prove its mostly condensation from the vapor though, if your interested lol.

RE: How do you dip yer wick?
The cotton was definitely burnt. I think I figured it out. I forgot to prime the coil before I took my first hit. That burnt taste is a memory I won't forget so I should be able to remember to prime coils. Confession, I don't always prime my factory coils, never seemed to make a difference.

RE: How do you dip yer wick?
I don't know if it's me or the coil that came with the LP. The cotton burnt again, so rewicking it is. As I pulsed to clean the coil it caught on fire. I thought I didn't get all the cotton out. I pulsed again, caught fire again, maybe my juice was too high in VG. Eventually it stopped catching on fire and I rewicked. Previously the resistance on this coil was .55. When I put it back on my mod, it read .62, with ever puff it kept going up until I pulled it at 1.17. Thoughts?

Anyway I put on a SS .32 fused clapton, pre made coil from FT. The flavor is amazing, nice and clean in Power mode, can't wait to try it in TC.
